Mr. Eppler is a Managing Director of Capstone Headwaters LLC (formerly Headwaters MB) and a founding partner of Sierra Partners LLC, A Denver-based investment and advisory firm providing strategic and business advisory services to global resources clients. Prior to founding Sierra, Mr. Eppler worked in corporate development as a Vice-President at Newmont Mining Corporation. Mr. Eppler currently serves as a Director of Vista Gold Corp. and Golden Minerals Company and was previously a Director of Augusta Resource Corporation prior to its acquisition.
