Ms. Brodie is a Chartered
Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British
Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Canadian Institute of
Chartered Accountants. She worked for more than nine years with KPMG, including
the last six spent in London, England where she worked with FTSE 15 companies
including BHP Billiton plc and Diageo plc as well as participated in a number
of AIM listings for resources companies. Ms. Brodie has also been involved in
several publications in the natural resource sector including co-authoring
KPMG’s 2006 global mining survey. Ms. Brodie most recently served as the CFO
for Plata Latina Minerals.
